ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Health Check Workshop

Starting point
The purpose of the workshop was for top management to become clearer on how it as a group could better contribute to strategy execution.

Analysis
To get a feel for its own situation and potential, the management team worked with two questions:

  •     How would we feel treated if we were the work that the fulfillment of the strategic ambitions requires?
  •     If we were a team of organizational doctors, how would we describe the management team’s health level?

Conclusions
The work with the model and tools resonated well. Main conclusions:

  • Strategy and organization: Application of the seven structure principles would contribute significantly to efficiency, value creation and job satisfaction.
  • Leadership group governance: Horizontal and vertical interaction processes as well as the work culture of top management was identified as having big efficiency potential.

What was done and outcome
As next step, it was decided to have an thorough organizational health check of the management team conducted.
